La Palma Restaurant, in Coral Gables has been in business for 17 years, but it was not until last weekend that I had the opportunity to dine there. This hidden gem is located on a historical site in the Gables dating back to 1924. But, beyond it?s history, what makes this restaurant really special is their delicious authentic Northern Italian food and incredible homemade desserts. La Palma is a great date location, especially on the weekends when they offer live piano music, or perfect for a quick, but delicious lunch - their scrumptious lunch buffet is under $13. Mangia!
