My son was involved in an accident a few weeks ago... We only have liability... The accident was not my sons fault.. The other carrier is willing to accept liability but they cant because the officer who showed up at the scene put down my son was going 25mph in a 35 mph zone... Well needless to say the officer did not do his job correctly because the posted speed limit it 35mph... It has taken 2 weeks and 2 requests to get a supplemental police report.. Till this day it is not ready because we are waiting for the officer to go back out and verify the speed limit... I have offered to send video footage going down the st to the speed limit sign... They said no that the arriving officer had to verify it... meanwhile I am taking the train 45 miles everyday to get to work because I cant afford a rental car.... I would assume if someone brings a mistake to their attention that they would at the very least try to help getting it resolved in a timely matter..... Nope they really do not care one way or the other....
Cons: Getting them to do there job..
