They advertise that most issues are caused by faulty chips and that they can repair laptops instead of you spending money on a new computer. I sent a laptop motherboard to them with diagnosis, ac adapter, and ram. after nearly 5 or 6 weeks they call me back that its unrepairable and that a new motherboard would run me $199.99. I wish i had read these reviews before wasting time and money shipping. I owe them for a ""diagnosis fee"". I would not recommend this company at all. Oh and the service queue is a joke. Your laptop moves up maybe one or two numbers per day. For $39.99 fee you can have a ""RUSH"" service and have your computer on the test bench that same day...
