I sent a laptop to them which died a week after repairs which took about a month then sent it back for re-repair which took about two months. During the re-repair I kept getting the message that the laptop was far behind other repairs and if I wanted it faster I had to pay extra, I didn't but called to complain as well as left a poor rating on Ebay. I finally got the laptop back, but guess what! After a couple months of working it once again died with the same problem as before. Do Not use the business for repairs of any computer! more

They advertise that most issues are caused by faulty chips and that they can repair laptops instead of you spending money on a new computer. I sent a laptop motherboard to them with diagnosis, ac adapter, and ram. after nearly 5 or 6 weeks they call me back that its unrepairable and that a new motherboard would run me $199.99. I wish i had read these reviews before wasting time and money shipping. I owe them for a ""diagnosis fee"". I would not recommend this company at all. Oh and the service queue is a joke. Your laptop moves up maybe one or two numbers per day. For $39.99 fee you can have a ""RUSH"" service and have your computer on the test bench that same day... Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

What a RIP-OFF!! 6/28/2009

Wow what a joke, I sent my laptop in twice now They fixed it the first time, it worked for about two weeks. It failed again with the same problem. Now they say they cant fix it and want $300+ for a new motherboard and still have the nerve to charge me for labor and over-charge for shipping. So I only get a partial refund. To top it all off both times I ship my laptop to them in a approved Laptop shipping carton and they keep the good box and ship me back there own rigged up garbage box and my laptop gets beat around from improper packaging.. Wow I thought only shady car lots gave you the runaround like this. Thank God for credit card charge-backs. Pros: Seems Like a good price at first. Cons: To many to list more

Horrible Customer Service and a TOTAL ripoff.. 8/27/2008

We took our laptop there to get repaired and were told it needed a new DC jack. We had them fix it and they told us that our DC jack was broken and that our adapter was no longer working either.. Even when we picked it up, they said that if there were problems, they would fix it free of charge. We ordered a new adapter, and after less than a week - we were experiencing the same problem prior to taking the laptop in for repair. We contacted them, and they were beyond rude.. literally saying, ""well, you broke it again"" and then they said that they would not repair it because ""we broke it"" - and it would be another $100 to fix. Not only did they obvioulsy NOT repair the laptop..but they also were beyond rude and their customer service was horrible. I would strongly suggest NOT taking your laptops here.. they are very very SHADY.. Cons: bad customer service, didn't repair, and very very SHADY more
