I went on line looking for a new automobile (really wanted a newer BMW 3i) and found a write up from the Internet sales a Bert Smith Subaru / Prestige Collection. I called and spoke with David Cooper. He sent me all the information I requested as well as telling me how to get pre-approved for a loan. Then he directed me to send him pictures of my Saab that I was trading in so that he could get it appraised. Within 3 hours I was approved and did it all from my home! When I got their everything was just like he said it would be. I test drove the BMW and it was just like David said. My total time at the dealership was no longer than 1 hour. It was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. No worries or hassles. David called me back the next day to make sure I had no problems. He was Great.
