My wife and I are in the hot tub once or twice a day. I've never 'tubbed' and wished I hadn't - I love the feeling. So, we love our tub. We've had a few issues over the years, with the pump, filters, lid, etc - The folks at Creative Energy have always been straight with us, giving us good information, and coming by to deal with the technical issues when necessary. They're a family business, and it's a family that works well together. That's about as good as it gets. If I ever move and need to purchase another hot tub, I would call without hesitation.
