Creative Energy

We're currently looking at the possibility of adding a sauna to our house. My husband and I have done so well using our new exercise room, I wanted to enhance the experience by adding a sauna. I have a lot of questions and concerns about energy requirements, special wiring needs and the safety aspect having little kids around. The consultant with Creative Energy came out to our house and spent a good deal of time talking with us and going over options. We even discussed having the sauna outdoors, which we decided wouldn't work. We felt it was time well worth spending as we really want to push forward with a sauna this year. more

My wife and I are in the hot tub once or twice a day. I've never 'tubbed' and wished I hadn't - I love the feeling. So, we love our tub. We've had a few issues over the years, with the pump, filters, lid, etc - The folks at Creative Energy have always been straight with us, giving us good information, and coming by to deal with the technical issues when necessary. They're a family business, and it's a family that works well together. That's about as good as it gets. If I ever move and need to purchase another hot tub, I would call without hesitation. more

We bought our Spa in the 90's from the San Mateo Store, when we still lived in San Frncisco. My family enjoyed the hot tub a lot, and we had no problem with the salesman. During the mid 90's we had to move to Vacaville, after my husband found a new job. This company came out and moved the Hot Tub from San Francisco to our new home in Vacaville for us. My only concern was that there was change in delivery dates, that messed up our plans a little bit, but overall this company compensated us with a gift certificate for chemicals. We still visit the San Mateo store when we are in the area, and talk to the nice manager there. more

I have bought several products from Creative Energy over the years and everything that they have installed for me has worked the way they said it would. I also know the family that owns Creative Energy, and they are honest and reliable. They are good people and always follow through with what they say. The first product that I bought from Creative Energy was a HotSpring spa, which was highly rated in Consumer Reports. As I got to know them, I purchased other products as well and have been very satisfied with both their products and service. If I call them with a problem, they fix it.
