I was so happy to get my new Dell Inspiron with the new Windows 7. I haven't bought a PC in ages and braced for the worst when I called up this tech support place since I always hear horror stories with service companies in general. Well, I'm writing this review b/c i couldn't have been happier with New York Computers Help. The friendly technician copied over my old PC files, set up the new Windows 7 PC, had incredible patience to tweak the new PC to my liking and even jotted down several tips and reminders for doing stuff like printing, emailing, etc. I am forever grateful for this refreshingly different PC service repair and am thus providing my gratitude.
Pros: Great training / follow-up after service
Cons: Ran 10 minutes late for appointment, but called to notify me
