The assistant manager, Joelle Buccanero brings a whole new meaning to customer service. Run as far from this store as you can if you have an ongoing issue. If you have an issue that requires you to speak with a manager, this store is not the place to do so. The service that we received from this assistant manager was so terrible that we are considering paying the cancellation fee and going to Verizon. This assistant manager at this store makes any customer service rep from AT&T look absolutely amazing.
Pros: Most of the sales reps are nice.
Cons: But the Assistant Manager, Joelle is absolutely terrible.
