Sprint Store

2010\r \r Sprint has to be one of the worst products/service I have ever had to use. There is "one" good thing, the plans (if you went through the "secret" store) are cheaper than most. Well, that's where the "good" ends.\r \r I left U.S.C because the plan I had was old and too expensive after adding unlimited texts. I made the mistake by going with Virgin's pay as you go. They were absolutely terrible in my area (Mukwonago) and I got a refund through Walmart in less than a month.\r \r Well, I didn't know what a recurring nightmare was until I signed up with Sprint. I was with them over 13 years ago and should've learned my lesson then. Well, nothing has changed. For the first 3 weeks, I couldn't get texts from anyone but others in the Sprint network. It not only cost me money by not receiving texts but it was beyond annoying! Sprint said it was the other peoples providers..WRONG! It was Sprints problem! The assistant manager, Joelle Buccanero brings a whole new meaning to customer service. Run as far from this store as you can if you have an ongoing issue. If you have an issue that requires you to speak with a manager, this store is not the place to do so. The service that we received from this assistant manager was so terrible that we are considering paying the cancellation fee and going to Verizon. This assistant manager at this store makes any customer service rep from AT&T look absolutely amazing. Pros: Most of the sales reps are nice.
