I have been looking for the perfect leather sofa for a year. I knew I wanted to buy a sofa from a leather store since the leather sofa I purchased from a department store did not hold up. Although the Knox store is closest to my home, I decided to go to the Plano store after reading John Liles' customer reviews. I am probably not the average customer. I am over the top finicky so I went to the store almost every day for 10 days straight and called the store in-between. I guess he has caller ID at the store because when I called he would answer "The Luxury of
John, God bless him, hung in there with me. Not to bore you with the details, but when it was all said and done, he helped me buy the PERFECT sofa with all of my finicky customizations. I cannot wait until delivery which will be in a couple of weeks. I expect my sofa to be perfect, but if it's not, I know John will maike it right.
