We are new to North Carolina and I boarded my older poodle here for 12 days & was thoroughly disappointed with the service. Linda the office manager was initially sweet and made us feel our dog would be well cared for. My daughter stopped by the office to bring meds & additional supplies for our poodle and was very rudely attended. The heavy set gal at the desk was engaged on the phone, to what appeared to be a personal call and didn't bother to acknowledge my 42 year old daughter's presence...if she didn't acknowledge a human, how well did they attend to my pooch???
We returned from our trip & went to pick up our poodle...first the girl at the desk...a different one this time, told us an injection was made to our dog...when I questioned this, since our dog already had this in the spring, the girl looked further & said no it wasn't given.
