1st off we have used Holly Tire several times over the 5 years we have lived here and believed they gave us good service at a fair price. On Friday, 20 November my wife droppd off her 04 Stratus because the blower motor stopped working. I was pretty sure it was the resistor which is a quick and cheap fix. We were informed that not only was the resistor bad but the wiring harness was completely corroded and the cost to fix this was $380. I was shocked. I wanted to believe that they were telling me the truth because they had given us good service in the past. Well I had to see this formyself because I just knew that something was not right so we paid the $80.00 diagnostic charge and took the car home. I took the resistor out and inspected the entire harness (took less than 5 minutes to do) and found NO evidence of ANY corrosion on the harness. Bought the $30.14 resistor and the blower works Great! The entire process took less than 10 minutes (minus the trip to the auto parts store). Now
