I don't know if it's an Anchorage thing, but everywhere I go when getting service on my vehicle, I receive the most dishonest and rude service. The people at Kendall Toyota are extremely sexist and condescending. They seriously need to put their staff into a customer service program of some kind, because these people are BRUTAL.
