Kendall has the best cars and sales people 2/14/2012

My Family and I have been buying vehicles from Matt Williams for years. We were apprehensive when he moved to Kendall Toyota because we have always driven American made vehicles. Do to his excellent customer service and follow up I decided to give Toyota a shot. The great service was expected but the quality and enjoyment in driving my new Tundra has me sold. They even gave me a full tank of gas. I highly recommend Kendall Toyota and Matt Williams. more

very impressed 1/21/2012

Being a single woman buying my first new car, I was really worried about how I would be treated. The minute I walked into Kendall they were so friendly and really helpful. I ended up buying a camry from a salesman named Matt Williams and he was great from the beginning to when I got the keys. Since then I have taken it to be serviced a couple times and recieved amazing service there as well. I am so impressed with Kendall Toyota's sales AND service, I can't imagine going elsewhere. I've even gotten a friend to purchase from them who is also very satisfied! more

NEED TO TRAIN STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE 11/15/2009

I don't know if it's an Anchorage thing, but everywhere I go when getting service on my vehicle, I receive the most dishonest and rude service. The people at Kendall Toyota are extremely sexist and condescending. They seriously need to put their staff into a customer service program of some kind, because these people are BRUTAL. Cons: EVERYTHING more
