I have lived here for 5 years. When I choose this place to live, it was kept VERY clean. An ex-cop and his wife where managing the place and they really did a criminal back ground on everyone that moved it. And if there where any problems they took care of it right away. The pool had tables and lawn chairs to sun bath in, the pool was NEVER GREEN, even in the winter. There used to be a police officer that lived in here also. Once WILLIE and her pervert husband took over the place turned to hell. We started getting gangs and a bunch of white crack and meth heads moving in. Not to mention that was when the sex offenders started moving in. Her husband used to stand out side the windows of the women he new where single and watch them, (he has a police report filed on him, the officer didn't seem to believe any of his lies and caught him in action.) Since Willie and now with new management the pool is always nasty and green. The gardeners fling grass all over your car and porch. Don't even try to grow anything because they will poison it. They basket ball courts and volley ball nets have been broken and torn and not replaced. There are NO MORE street lights. Drug deelers ride there bikes and walk all there the neighborhood where kids play unsupervised. There is TRASH EVERYWHERE. Lots are not cleaned up after people move out, trash all over the childrens playground, beer cans everywhere, it even smells like someone is peeing where the children swing and slide down the slide. There are TONS of broken down trashy cars not to mention people seem to think it is ok to put bags and bags of there trash from their homes on the basket ball court. There are gangs on every corner. Rocks are being thrown at peoples houses, houses are getting broken into, cars set on fire and broken into as well. I would say something about imigration except that no matter what the race is that moves in here lately is that they are all Dirty, Loud, Trashy, and on drugs and getting drunk all the time, not to metion DOGS running up and down the neighborhood, not on a leash, getting into people's trash, barking ALL night long and that is against the rules. DOGS, any animal, are not aloud outside unless ON A LESH and with there owner!!!!!! The basket ball court has been spray painted with gang lingo and foul language. I could go on but I think you get the idea. I moved in here long enough to find a good piece of land, this move was the first time in my life I have ever lived in a trailer park and I originally picked this place because it was like a regular community. Now it is just your typical trashy trailer park.\r
