I recently took my car in for a new battery and regular servicing after reading all the glowing reviews on Angie's List and here. All it takes to experience the difference is one call to the shop. You are immediately treated with genuine courtesy & respect by the very pleasant staff. This is so rare with auto shops that we have all come to expect to be brushed aside, put on hold and treated like we are a nuisance. Not here. When I arrived they told me everything they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. They call you if anything is found that will cost above that amount, and they don't do unnecessary repairs...a huge relief in itself. They can explain exactly what's going on with your car in a way you can understand, because THEY understand. When I picked up my car from them, it was running like the day I bought it (and my car is 9 yrs. old). I was on cloud nine. After 30 years in Bellevue, I finally have found ""my shop"". Save yourself the wait and call them today.
