I have no complaints with the HOA board which serves my Condo Community. They work directly with Caron and always have a great working relationship. Homeowner concerns are always dealt with in a timely manner...taking into account the time it takes to obtain solutions to homeowner concerns. Some homeowenrs expect miracles and display no patience. Usually waiting until the last minute to ask for help and then expect the property manager to jump instantly to their plight. All concerns are addressed by the managment company and by the board. Remember the HOA board is a volunteer group (they all have full time jobs) and put in many hours to work on community concerns.\r

The few poor reviews are sent by a select few who are disgruntled no matter what help is given. yet they offer no help or solutions themselves...just complain.
