1. made appointment waited 1:35 minutes and had to leave since I have children. They told me he was 10 minutes behind. I asked for my check back since I did not see the doctor. Took off work to make appointment on time.\r
2. Second time was worse, Called 2 hours before appointment was told the he was on time. Asked if they had all my records needed . They said yes and so I took off from work again. Paid .... Waited 45 minutes, taken back to the room waited 10 minutes, a nurse rushed though the exams than 5 minutes tops.\r
She left only to return telling us that they did not have records. I would need to reschedual again.\r
I in asked what type of records don't you have ? They did not know.. I asked, what specific records were missing they said a Op report the surgury was 7 years prior. They will call when the have records, never getting hippa release. We went back to sign hippa reports. Called today told they don't have records again . My doc's office again reassured us that they sent them.. Waiting room was not clean either. Good luck if you choose this doctor, don't plan on them keeping your appointment time or telling you honest answers .
