The unique thing about Spolini's is that they will switch up any sauce you want with any pasta... you can even call in advance for something special that you might want. I love that the food is made fresh to the order. The Romano Sauce is very good and the Ravioli with Crab Sauce is wonderful. Now let's talk Chicken. They have the best Chicken Scarp in New York. You can order this dish with or without sausage, potatoes, peppers or even with a red sauce - they call it Chicken Chinese. And last let me mention that the Veal Chops are huge, tender and juicy.... wow. Everything is family style... so three can share a dish... so don't be afraid of the prices. I love this restaurant... and highly recommend it.
