I have been training there with Nilo Lins, and if you want an experienced trainer with tons of knowledge to get fast results--he's the one. Not only do we do exercises for weight loss, toning, etc.--but I also have issues with my knees and my back, and he has helped me alleviate the pain and imbalances that I used to suffer from. He does pretty much one on one training--which I like way better than the groups since I get individualized attention for my specific needs. The facility is great, and the new owner is really on top of things.
