The place lives up to its name. My trainer, designs each session depending on how my body feels. Some days, I am stiffer (arthritis) and we do more stretching, some days I feel great and she works me out! I always feel like I am her only client, that?s how focused on me she is. As a result of my weekly visits, my body is much stronger, more flexible and looks a lot better. My arms and legs have long, strong muscles, my abs are finally getting strong! I have never liked exercise and now, I cannot live without my Pilates session. I joke that I feel just as good after Pilates as I do after a massage! I highly recommend his spot to anyone looking for personalized training.
