As far as traditional Asian buffet food goes, Shinju just barely holds it's own. Greasy fried lamp-warmed food that's good enough for the price, but not enough to keep people coming back for seconds. However, the sushi is another story. For $10 per person at lunchtime, and $20 per person for dinner, it's the best sushi in Miami. I have never bitten into a roll that tasted overly fishy, or like it had been standing for too long. The JB and spicy snow crab rolls in particular are incredible, and while you're at it, grab yourself some stir fry at the grill (don't forget to tip the guy, he'll remember you next time). \r
