I recently went to purchase a pair a Thorogood boots. The boot had a defect that was obvious. The toe was seperated from the footbed. They didn't have anymore my size and refused to order another pair until they sold this (defective) pair. Are there any firemen out there that would have purchased this boot? I doubt it. I guess you have to purchase a hundred boots a year to get good service. I won't be going back. I was expecting the kind of service that ""Playing with fire"" describes, but I only work at a hospital. Not very important I guess.
Pros: Great boots
Cons: Service is terrible
