the employee who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. i enjoyed the waiting area-comfortable, had internet connection. i'm so happy, also, that the charge to install a remote start was taken off my total since i already had one.
after getting home, i shook my car to test my alarm and it didn't go off. when i called to speak to someone, he was not helpful and it made me worried that even though i got the alarm in case my wheels were stolen again, the alarm would not go off should it happen again. he was not reassuring and couldn't explain the system to me. i also asked about changing the sensitivity of the alarm from my keychain (like i was told in the store) and he told me i could not, which confused me.
overall, i was happy, i just need someone to clarify my questions and i'll call or stop in to get that.
