I had called the salon to make sure they would take my daughter on time for her appointment for her homecoming updo. When we arrived my daughter wasn't seated in the chair until a half hour after her appointment which made her anxious. While she was trying to explain the style she wanted the stylist turned away from her to chat with other customers that were on their way out and did not pay attention. I stood near the chair to try and get the stylist to listen and was rudely told by the receptionist I had to move out of the way. I left the salon after the woman assured me she knew what my daughter wanted. My daughter called me very upset. The woman had totally styled her hair wrong and when she tried to explain it again they got frustrated with her and redid it but it was very unprofessional and a mess. I met her at home and she was distraught and crying. I managed to redo it myself. My daughter was much happier with what I did. When I went back the next day to the salon to complain, there happen to be another customer complaining about the same stylist running an hour late after they lost her appointment time the day before! I felt I was due a refund. The stylist first agreed they would refund my money but then the receptionist spoke to the owner who wouldn't speak to me and refused me a refund. They spoke about me in spanish not realizing I could understand. When I insisted they call the owner back and let me speak to her she was rude to me and refused to return my money. I will never step foot in there again!
Pros: I am able to take my business elsewhere
Cons: They have no concern for their customers.
