The best way to judge a small place is to go there during the lunch rush. I have been going to Tom Jenkins for the past 10 years. I have never not waited in a line of about 15 people during the lunch rush. I think they have about 10 picnic style tables in the whole joint which are always full. They are always busy. If the food was so bad why are there so many people going there? I don't mind if you don't go that way I have a shorter line to wait in. But if you do go make sure you get the Potato Salad and Hush Puppies too. The only bad thing about this place is that they are closed Sunday for Church and Monday for Fishing.
