I've known Dr Haynes, since he first came to Billings to start his practice, I had terrible lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain. He listened to me regarding my pain and my financial concerns, and he fixed me, I no longer suffer from lower back pain, I still have occational neck pain, but thats cause from my stressful job and Dr Haynes cracks back into place. He's very kind and caring and will address your chiropractic needs in a professional and practical manner.
Pros: productive/helpful, works w/ finance concerns of patients
Cons: occational wait, but lately that hasn't been the case
