I've known Dr Haynes, since he first came to Billings to start his practice, I had terrible lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain. He listened to me regarding my pain and my financial concerns, and he fixed me, I no longer suffer from lower back pain, I still have occational neck pain, but thats cause from my stressful job and Dr Haynes cracks back into place. He's very kind and caring and will address your chiropractic needs in a professional and practical manner. Pros: productive/helpful, works w/ finance concerns of patients Cons: occational wait, but lately that hasn't been the case more

Very Professional & helpful 11/19/2009

Since my car accident in October, I have been helped Greatly with my upper back pain thru treatment with Dr. Haynes and his staff. The staff is very friendly & professional and it has been a joy to work with all of them through out my treatment. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of chiropractic care. Pros: Rehabilitation available along with adjustments. more

very compassionate and professional 11/16/2009

Dr. Mark Haynes gave me hope without having to have another back surgery! He has alot of methods to help , its not just a one size fits all fix. He takes the time to truely listen and does his best to help you feel better. His motivation is about helping others, which I find is real refreshing these days. Pros: clean clinic with several options available to help . Cons: it is a time commitment more

Great service and caring staff 3/16/2009

My entire experience was excellent. I hardly had to wait and was greeted by a very helpful staff. They helped my problem and I feel great! Thank you, Dr. Mark Haynes and staff. Pros: Very professional office Cons: What are the drawbacks? more
