I ordered a half pound of brisket, it passed the tender test, falling apart as I picked up a single slice and was pleanty moist. It was lacking a bit of flavor. Paired up with BBQ sauce, it became much better. Perhaps I am a bit spoiled in the brisket department, so take a 3/5 on brisket as better than most! By comparison, BigLou's whips the crap out of russell st , smokehouse and tennessee red's, and at a fraction of the cost.
