I decided to treat myself to a self guided culinary tour of Phoenix for my birthday last year. I made reservations at T Cooks and was very impressed with everything. The shortribs were cooked to perfection, the duck was excellent, and the beef tenderloin was fabulous. Best of all, it's very affordable for an upscale restaurant. When you go Sunday through Thursday they have a three course menu for only $50.
