Frustrating! My hsuband travels extensively for work, almost weekly, and same day service is critical for us. Five Corners posts on their website an 11am cut off time and I have also been told in person that the cut off time is 11am. We have been using them for almost 2 months now until today. We've been glad to pay more than the ""chain cleaners"" because they are family owned and local for years but won't anymore.
