Terrible Service - Doesn't Honor Cut Off Times 11/2/2009

Frustrating! My hsuband travels extensively for work, almost weekly, and same day service is critical for us. Five Corners posts on their website an 11am cut off time and I have also been told in person that the cut off time is 11am. We have been using them for almost 2 months now until today. We've been glad to pay more than the ""chain cleaners"" because they are family owned and local for years but won't anymore. Disapointing 9/15/2009

Though my service was quoted at 4 to 6 weeks, it took 4 months to complete. When I asked for an explanation, the owner was rude and insulting. I?ll never return. Pros: Location Cons: Poor service more
