I'm lazy about these review stuff, but i decided to write this out so other customer won't get fooled like I was. One day my car key could not open my car and I went to New Century BMW to get a new car key. They said my car key is absolutely fine and it's my car that had a problem (without even exam my car). So I towed my car to this place, they first run a complete examination ($149) and said my car computer is broken and need a new one ($889). After all these and after one week, they finally called me saying ""They new computer is not working and now you need a new car key ($249)..."" I called them millions of times and they refuse admit they've made a mistake in a very bad attitude. Although i live only couple miles away from New Century, I'm now going to other dealer with better service! Absolutely not going back again!
Pros: nice building outside
Cons: Mislead customer to get more unnecessary service.
