I have had them out to fix a refrigerator like the first posting. They guessed at the problems and actually diagnosed it wrong until I told them what to check. Then they retroubleshot and found out that I had been right and the processing board was shot as well.
Repeated calls to the location resulted in voicemail after voicemail with very slow response.
The repair took over 2 months with me trying to hurry them.
Honestly, you are much better buying a new refrigerator than dealing with his or other service companys in my opinion. They guess on what's wrong, take too much time to fix it, and if its serious, its cheaper to get a new one.
Pros: They can fix your problem...eventually
Cons: Extremely poor customer service, very slow
