I have known and dealed with these folks and the other Ginstar locations people for over 10 years. They have always been fair and honest with me and more often than not, have given me the best advice about a particular item or technology than any other dealer. All of them do an outstanding job of dealing with people. Sometimes even long past the point where I would have lost my temper. They offer hardware in a variety of conditions in order to help people get the most bang for their buck within a level of risk that they can accept. I have never known them to try to misrepresent anything that they sell or be less than truthful about the level of support that they offer for any item that they sell. If they say that it's new in the box, then it is new in the box. If it's off lease, refurbished, or whatever, then they tell you that and what level of support or warranty they offer for the item. You know...people skills and salesmanship skills are ranked pretty high at most of the chains. And those skills are somewhat important, but I can't see myself dealing with someone who does not have a love or very deep interest in what they are selling. So if I'm faced with a choice of dealing computer hardware with David or any other person at any Ginstar location or dealing with some ""couldn't get a social services job right out of college"" and selling widgets at Bestbuy
