When my husband and I were looking foe a place to move in Miami 2006 from New York. it was a bite hard for us! We have to find a place to move because my husband is started a branch shipping comapny in Miami! We just got married and we have move in the holiday times. I was really worried and panic. I did a lots of search on line. I Called many agents on craigslist. It seems to me just either too good to be truth or you can tell over the phone someone is lying to you. All the realestate agents want me to send deposit to them? ?? I don?t think so! I have been Miami few times. I know the place they are telling me ? I don?t think so. I called some private owners and it got worst! The owners are telling no money down I can just move in and place it?s great and beautiful! I went on google map and see the address and the location? are you kidding me?? What happen to the palm trees , and beaches. .. the place looks like my grad mom?s house before she die! And how faraway from I 95? 15mins? No thanks! While I was turning off the computer.. Nick?s posting pop up. Looks great, and price is good, low move in special?. I was thinking this is another scam but I called Nick. He was very upfront with me and very knowledgeable about the area. Sqft, flooring, appliances, .. So we ask him how to send money to hold on the place and he refused to do so he asked us to flight down or have friend go look at the place with him first. My husband thought he is nut as a salesperson. But we did flight down oneday earlier so we can see the place. We met up with Nick he showed us 5 places and we moved the same day we didn?t have to stay in the hotel. Two years later we have our first born baby boy. So we called Nick to find us a bigger place and now we?re in the huge 2 bed 1400 sgft, on the like, washer and dryer inside, 24hrs security, very clean, bright light , very nice place. We can walk to sunnyisles beach . We love the place! Thank You Nick! And thank you to your wife-Lorraine too. Happy holiday to you and your family. We can thanks enough for your service.
