My dog broke his leg last week at 3:00 in the afternoon. The office is open until 7, so you can imagine my shock when I called and was told they were "too busy" to see my dog, however they could squeeze me in, but it would be charged as an "emergency visit." To make matters worse, I found out it was actually CHEAPER to take my dog to one of the 24 hour emergency clinics. How can you tell someone you are too busy to see them, even though they are a PATIENT OF YOURS, and then tell them you in fact AREN'T too busy if they're willing to be a fortune. DISGUSTING. I think Dr. Hebert and whoever the other vet there is are absolute poor excuses for human beings and do not deserve jobs in a field that requires compassion and heart. These people don't deserve your money and they certainly shouldn't be trusted with your family members.
