I test drove a vehicle on Nov 17th, and liked everything about the car, except noticed the "check engine" light was on. The salesman said it would be resolved if I purchased the car, but then told me that since they did not know how much the repair would cost, I should pay a higher price for the car. He offered me a lower price -with the check engine light on, or a higher price with it off! I was floored!
