I test drove a new Ford Fusion Hybrid that was advertised on the Freeway Ford Web site. When it came time for the final negotiations, I asked about the $500 pre-paid card that Ford promised for any of the Black Friday sales. The salesman told they could not give this because the $500 gift card from Ford was already built into the advertised price (it did not mention this on their web site). This was flat out lie, because they did not change the advertised price after the Black Friday deal ended.\r \r After I told them I liked the car and made an offer, the salesman went to talk it over with his manager. The manager came over and not only rejected my offer, but she informed that she could only sell the car for $1200 more than their advertised price. The dealership told they would not honor the price they posted on their own web site. Who does this kind of thing? I can answer that question, a very dishonest dealership!\r \r You simply cannot trust anyone at Freeway Ford! My advice, stay as far away from this dealership as possible! more

Great Experience across the board 10/26/2011

After I read some of the reviews online I was a little concerned about doing business at this dealership but they had a car I really liked so I went anyway. I was very happy with the whole process from the vehicle pricing and the sales price to the way I was treated. I don't usually leave a review when things are good like most people I do vent when things don't go as I had hoped but I would hate to have missed out on a good car buying experience because of someone having sour grapes. I would and have already sent some people I know to them and they have been happy too! more

Very professional 7/26/2010

I found the sales staff to be very courteous and helpful through out the whole process. I unexpectedly had to replace my vehicle and had no real idea of what vehicle I wanted. They patiently helped me while drove several different vehicles. I received more for my trade than expected and got a fair price on the used Explorer I purchased. I did a lot of price shopping online prior to my purchase and feel very comfortable with the way everything worked out in the end. Being a woman, I am leary walking into a dealership. However, my leariness ended up being unfounded and I will definitely refer all my friends to Freeway Ford. more

I took my Explorer here for repairs and felt like I was always ripped off. I had to bring my vehicle in to repair the same thing several times and had to keep paying over and over again. I never felt like they actually repaired anything. more

Not Veteran Friendly 5/11/2010

I will stand by any Veteran as I did in Korea. It makes me sad to see that its all about making money these days and not about helping people (Certainly when they are Combat Vet's). I have commented also on the dealerships page as well, I am thinking of writing a letter. Call me old fashion but I can't believe it. I will not give a dealership my service after giving them the right to be free and watching fellow soldiers die, I don't mean to carry on. Just really upset to hear how our young Vets are being treated. \r Peter more

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE 5/4/2010

They over price there used inventory and only fix what you will notice and hide the rest. You are better off driving some where else for ANY of your used car purchase's. I can't believe what I read on there own reviews. I JUST bought a car from them and I am a younger adult (Over 25) and was treated like I just came out of jail. They are pushy,rude,un-trustworthy. I am only speaking of the USED cars. New cars I can not comment on. They should change the name to HIGHWAY ROBBERY. more

STAY AWAY!! 11/24/2009

I test drove a vehicle on Nov 17th, and liked everything about the car, except noticed the "check engine" light was on. The salesman said it would be resolved if I purchased the car, but then told me that since they did not know how much the repair would cost, I should pay a higher price for the car. He offered me a lower price -with the check engine light on, or a higher price with it off! I was floored! Pros: none Cons: weasel-y, lying, used car types with F- customer service more

Convenient location 12/4/2008

Freeway Ford has been around for a long time. It is an older dealership but they have a nice selection. They have a convenient location and a nice staff. more
