The customer complaining that her package was violated, received asisstance often with the packing and shipment of her packages, which included the execution of the customs forms required for international shipments from my staff for FREE. Since she NEVER paid Mail + More to ship a package, Mail + More NEVER made a dime from her shipping transactions but provided her service the same as if she was a paying customer.
Mail + More DID NOT open the package(s) in question BUT, it is the policy of Mail + More , to reserve the right, if necessary, to inspect ANY package that is shipped through us or is dropped off by any customer under their own account number at our store. The customer who claims her package was violated was shipping under a FEDEX employee acount number , which did not belong to her, because she is not a FEDEX employee. This is in direct violation of FEDEX's rules and regulations regarding the use of employee discounts. Her pacakge was delayed for shipment at the FEDEX terminal when management discovered the account nember belonged to a FEDEX employee. She got busted , shes mad, and so she is unhappy with Mail + More.
