I live in a neighborhood where there has been too much crime and I even caught someone stealing mail out of my neighbors' mailboxes. For security, my husband and I chose to have our mail delivered off-site and we selected Mail Plus More.
I preferred the location by Kroger and didn't like having to update all my addresses, but the customer service at Mail Plus More is outstanding! I can call and find out if I have any mail and if I do, they will have it waiting for me to pick up on the days I am in a rush. If I am waiting for a special delivery they will call me when it arrives.
When I need other services such as copying, keys, greeting cards, supplies, notary, computer work, etc. I am extremely impressed with how helpful the staff is, Jessica and Thomas. I have gotten to know everyone on a first name basis now that they have had my business for two years. I even knew the owner's brother before he moved on. The owner, Tim, is a great guy who I like to give some grief to every now and then.
I really like working with a family-owned business and I feel that they care about providing great customer service. I like their hours, too, which allow me to get business done when other places have closed.
I just wish that when I showed up I could move to the front of the line instead of having to wait my turn. What about VIP status?!! (Just joking)
