I was promised my pool would be done in 4 weeks. I was skeptical...but now we are in our 4th MONTH and my pool still has not been what I would call "complete". My solar panel has leaked since day one. I've made 9, yes NINE requests to get it fixed. I still have not been delivered a testing kit. My final inspection has not been done. I haven't been shown how to use the automatic chlorination system. I have the same issue with phone calls never being returned. They scheduled a service to come and winterize my pool two weeks ago Thursday. I took time off of work and they never showed. I made all of my payments on time. I screwed up and made the final payment thinking I had one more to go...I should have never done that! I do like the pool (even though I've only swam in it twice because it wasn't completed on time to take advantage of warm weather). The equipment seems to be quality...but nothing overcomes the gross lack of customer service this company perpetuates!
Pros: can't think of a single one
Cons: horrible, horrible customer service
