I have several problems I'd like to address:\r
1: They continually said it would be done at a certain time, and kept pushing it later and later. They had our car for a week and a half!\r
2: Almost everytime we called, no matter who we were talking to, they were very rude. They sounded extremely inconvenienced by the fact that we were calling them to check on the status of the car.\r
3: We ultimately felt ripped-off, as though they were putting more hours on our car then necessary. Even though we asked them not to do certain things they quoted us for, the price was still about the same as the quote. \r

We will NEVER return to Entire for any type of service. They obviously DO NOT value their customers.
