Very comfortable with insurance needs and talking to the customer. I actually drive out of my way to use this agent over my closest Allstate agent.
I oringinally grabbed insurance form the closest agent hoping to forge a relationship. The policy selected was not an Allstate policy, the communications wer poor and the agent seemed to never be available at times a working person coudl meet. I very much felt I was working for the agent!
Finally connected with Kelly and Sean and they solved allt he problems. The coverage was teh Allstate policy I wanted. The hours were convenient. The office is open at times I can make it there after work. Someone answers everytime I call and Kelly or Sean are available to answer my questions.
