Customer Service is important 10/29/2009

Very comfortable with insurance needs and talking to the customer. I actually drive out of my way to use this agent over my closest Allstate agent. I oringinally grabbed insurance form the closest agent hoping to forge a relationship. The policy selected was not an Allstate policy, the communications wer poor and the agent seemed to never be available at times a working person coudl meet. I very much felt I was working for the agent! Finally connected with Kelly and Sean and they solved allt he problems. The coverage was teh Allstate policy I wanted. The hours were convenient. The office is open at times I can make it there after work. Someone answers everytime I call and Kelly or Sean are available to answer my questions. more

  • My start in insurance came when I was a student at West Morris High School and worked at my father's agency. I later graduated from the University of Scranton, and after volunteering in Brooklyn and working as a high school administrator in Scranton for several years, I returned to my father's Long Valley agency in 2003. Five years later, I bought the agency from my father so he could retire. I'm proud to build on the lasting relationships and friendships he developed with customers over the years.


    I give back to our community through sponsorships of the Denville Rotary Club, the Action for Distraction Run/Walk (to benefit the Goryeb Children's Hospital), Alex's Lemonade Stand and more.
