the service technician, Jason (#960), was polite and friendly. He knew what to check and where to look. He was efficient and worked hard. This was rental property and we are in Omaha,NE. Jason took the inspection video home and used his personal Internet resources to send us the inspection video that night so we could view it even though we were 800 miles away. When he found out that I was a computer systems specialist he was interested in finding better ways to send the videos. Roto-Rooter should give him a raise! \r
