I recently ended therapy at the Garden Spot Center this past summer and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I had a shoulder strain and my doctor advised that I go to the Rehab Center because of the distance to my house and because of the treatment they give there. He could not be any more right! Will (who seems to be in charge of the front) was extremely helpful and explained my insurance in detail, answering every question I had. I have a rather high co-pay and he explained a program they offer that reduced my co-pay to only $5 which was great especially in these times. The other lady in the front didn't hound me to pay like other offices do yet reminded me each week so my bill didn't become outrageous and they understood when I couldn't pay my copay that day. Will was great, his singing on the other hand, not so much. Not to mention he's hilarious to talk with.
The staff in the back was extremely helpful to my injury pushing me each visit to get back to 100% Janelle and K
