I recently had physical therapy at this facility and I would just like to pass on a word of caution. On my first visit, the gentleman at the front desk told me that they had contacted my insurance, said that I was 100% covered after a $35 deductible had been reached, and that I would be good for up to 20 visits for a calendar year.\r

I paid my co-pay at the end of the first visit. When I went to the desk he looked at me like, "What do you want?" I said that I wanted to pay my co-pay and he replied with either paying the whole thing or spreading out over the number of visits. I said I would pay the whole $35 at one time. \r

Two weeks after ending therapy, I get a bill in the mail for $70, two missed $35 co-pays. I was confused because he made it sound like there was only one co-pay, which shocked me right there. I guess that should have been my red flag. Not to mention, after every visit, no one said a word about seeing the cashier on the way out.\r
