I have had mixed experiences at BVC. I have an older cat with what I was told has "old cat' Leukemia. Brought him in for a checkup because he has started urinating in spots he never has before. Blah, blah blah. My point is that along the way, I asked for his claws to be clipped and when I asked how much it would cost, I was treated like I was some sort of abusive pet owner. I had no intention of letting him go on in pain, but was just calculating my budget, as I have had my hours cut and now need to figure the exact date of my homelessness. I would do absolutely anything that is within my power to keep my, the sweetest cat that ever lived alive, but, I am sooo strapped right now. The absolute last thing I needed was for some young girl to give me any attitude about whether I was going to relieve my cat of his pain. His is my baby! I would sell everything I owned before allowing him to go in in pain! I have had off and on, judgmental, without inquiry, responses from that clinic and it n
